Soul Guidance
The Soul’s path spirals around and around, and the journey is never-ending. The work focuses on finding the gems, some quite hidden, along the way. I draw on my intuitive wisdom, yoga and shamanic training, doctoral education, and 25 years of experience working with humans struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and addiction.
Women’s Healing & Sharing Circles
Healing & Sharing Circles occur on or near the 8 pagan holy days. Each Circle has a theme, and women are offered the opportunity to first contemplate and then share their feelings, beliefs, and insights around that theme. We witness each other in that sharing, listening deeply, and then, with these things alive from the sharing, we carry it all with us into the Breath.
These Circles are sacred. They are safe. They are powerful.
A Creative Journey with the Runes
A Creative Journey with the Runes is a self-paced creative dive into the wisdom of the Runes. The course includes a brief introduction to the 24 Runes of the Elder Futhark followed by individual lessons for each of the 24 Runes, a guided meditation, and creative prompts to help you explore each Rune more deeply.
